WATERLOO, IA — Advanced Heat Treat Corp. (AHT) is pleased to announce the recent promotion of two individuals and the addition of a new sales team member!
Amy Boyd has been promoted to Quality Coordinator at the AHT Michigan location in Monroe. Boyd will lead efforts in managing quality processes and documents as well as continuous improvement efforts and internal audits. She has been with AHT since 1995 and has held positions in office administration and also has three years’ experience working with quality functions. Boyd has been an integral part of the success at the Monroe location and we look forward to her taking on this responsibility!
We are also pleased to announce the appointment of Materials and Process Manager for the Monroe, Michigan facility to Rich Johnson. Johnson will be leading quality system requirements and assisting with technical questions relating to customer specifications. He joined the AHT team in 2017 as Process Metallurgist and will continue to lead heat treat processing and technical and metallurgical services for all phases of operations, in addition to managing the Monroe facility’s lab.
We would also like to welcome Brett Erickson to the AHT team as Business Development Analyst. Erickson brings several years of retail sales experience and a proven history of developing customer relationships. He will be working closely with all AHT locations to learn process benefits and applications in order to provide UltraGlowing results to our customers.
