Below are our current employees that have been at Advanced Heat Treat Corp. (AHT) for 15 years or more.
What is AHT's 15+ Club?
At AHT, one of our core values is loyalty. To promote this internally, we formed a "15+ Club" in which all of the members have been employed (and are still employed) by AHT for fifteen years or more.
How Do We Celebrate Employee Loyalty?
In celebration of their loyalty, the employees above will be treated to a special dinner on October 18th (Michigan) and November 15th (Iowa) with our founder/CEO, Gary Sharp. New inductees receive a gift and additional paid time off (PTO) as a reward for their service. Significant milestones (20, 25, 30 years, etc.) are celebrated as well.
We thank these employees for their loyalty and commitment to Advanced Heat Treat Corp. and we look forward to many more years to come!

Did you know that OVER 20% of our staff has worked at AHT for 15 years or more? According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the median tenure for a U.S. employee is only 4.2 years. (Way to go, AHT!)
