Award-Winning Leaders in Heat Treat

We are pleased to announce that three of our employees were recently recognized as heat treat and manufacturing leaders. Learn more about the awards and their accomplishments below. 

Joel Robinson
Continuous Improvement Project Manager
"Legend of Manufacturing" nominee

Joel Robinson, continuous improvement project manager at Advanced Heat Treat Corp (AHT), was recently nominated for the "Legends of Manufacturing" award. The award, given out by the Iowa Association of Business & Industry (ABI), recognizes "legends in manufacturing for their hard work and dedication to Iowa, the industry, and their company."

Joel has been with AHT since 2001, holding positions such as production supervisor, senior heat treat technician and trainer. He is also an active member of the Advanced Manufacturing Partnership and American Society for Quality.

Adam Kane
Plant Manager - Burton Ave
Heat Treat Today's 40 under 40 Honorable Mention

Adam Kane, plant manager at AHT's Burton location, was an Honorable Mention in Heat Treat Today's 40 under 40 Class of 2018. Adam has been at AHT since 2002 and has held a variety of positions including heat treat operations specialist, supervisor and his current role of plant manager.

Plant Manager - Cullman, Alabama
Heat Treat Today's 40 under 40 Honorable Mention

Tim Garner, plant manager at AHT's plant in Alabama, was an Honorable Mention in Heat Treat Today's 40 under 40 Class of 2018. Tim has been at AHT since 2007 and has held positions a variety of positions including shop lead, manufacturing foreman, assistant operations manager, and now plant manager.
